Higgins Lakefront Apres Beach Cottage Awaits you!!! The Scandinavian style cottage is availalbe ALL YEAR for you to relax& enjoy no matter the season. Private beach on Higgins Lake. Dip your toes in the water during th day and gather for beautiful sunsets in the adirondack beach chairs snuggled around the campfire each evening.

What are the delivery and pick up times?
We begin delivering every evening around 6:00 pm and when your reservation has ended we pick up around 6:00 pm depending on the number of scheduled deliveries and pickups.

How It All Started
Paddle Higgins LLC was established in 2019 from my love of paddle boarding.
However, the frustration of picking up my paddle board, securing it on my vehicle and transporting it to the lake was real and it made me think of logistics while paddling instead of the serene water tranquility I was looking for. My thoughts were fixated on having to bring back the board after I was done and how much time I had left. This wasn't allowing me to relax and enjoy paddle boarding.
I wanted to share with everyone just how amazing a paddle boarding experience could be.
So I began Paddle Higgins LLC as a concierge service that Delivers To Your Door and All Day Rentals.
